It is obvious that the airline companies should take the necessary precautions to minimize the mistakes that can be avoided and manage the results arising from the unavoidable errors in the most effective way. Understanding airline companies 'customer profiles, customers' expectations, attributional approach to service error and repurchase trends is of great importance to manage the process after the service error.
